We didn't have time, but we would have stayed for longer. The location was ideal - right by resturants, the local pubs and resturants and pier. And also it was 300 metres or so from Boscombe Beach.

Spent my time lovely here. My double room was available with an individual safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. The breakfast was great with variety of goodies. The location was peaceful for traveling around Bournemouth, close to the beach and the town centre as well as Christchurch. Had brunch in the Reef Encounter, located nearby. The service was friendly, the food was good.

The double room with very comfortable bed, facilities worked for us. An individual safe, a mini-bar, and central heating were nice. Easy and perfect setting in the fantastic area, near Christchurch and Poole for the day, the bar/ restaurant and the lovely Boscombe beach.

Booked a suite with very comfortable bed. The location was amazing in a very residential area and the staff here was incredibly welcoming.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were quite busy.

Everything was as fantastic as it could be. I was upgraded to an air conditioned double room. The entire staff were delightfully helpful and caring. Hotel's location was peaceful, in the centre of bournemouth. This was my brilliant stay for a night out rather than a nights stay.

Everything was perfect at this pleasant and perfect hotel. Comfy beds, an individual safe, a mini-bar and central heating in the room. Savoury food in the indoor restaurant. A kind of welcoming service.

My partner and I have just returned from a lovely and relaxing few days away from it all at this hotel. The staff could not be more welcoming and the rooms are of a high standard. The food is a good quality and the ambience in the bistro all adds to the high quality offered at this hotel. We will be back.

Very comfortable room and lovely en-suite. The vegetarian breakfast was delicious. Staff were very helpful.
On leaving, the staff were busy and we understand that but they did not thank us for staying or ask us to return. We had decided to tell friends about the hotel and were going to return. It just was disappointing at the end.

A great atmospher and excellent food. The decore of the room was tastful, of a high standard and clean, the bed very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Young energetic and attentive staff.
Room number 5 was uncomfortably hot as it's situated above the kitchen and when we opened the one window we had the unpleasant smell of fumes! There eas no hairdryer available and no minibar (fridge) and the bathroom tap was broken and the sink is too small which means that water spills over the floor when using. Unfortunately, there is very limited parking and nowhere to safely store bicycles. Finally, the downstairs/public toilets were unclean and poorly maintained which was a pity. However, inspite of this we loved our stay and found the staff remarkably helpful and enthusiastic - well done.

Room was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was the best ever.
Bathroom was a little small but as we were only there one night it wasn't a problem.

The friendly welcome and relaxed atmosphere. The food and drink was good ands well served. The waiting staff couldn't do enough for you. The decking area was a real plus especially with the good weather. The great thing is the hotel was not the norm and was individualistic. Would definetely go back
